Salon Policies
Reservations & deposits
We recommend booking your appointment prior to your arrival by calling 978-658-4225. Appointments are subject to availability. It is our service standard to cater to every client’s needs and desires as much as possible. Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the appointment time.
Depending on the length of your service, a deposit may be required for new clients booking appointments. The deposit is credited to your service on your appointment date. With 48 hour notice of cancellation, we will refund your deposit.
GRATUITIES
Cash gratuities are always appreciated but some other options are VENMO and CASH apps from your mobile device (username of your service provider may be provided at checkout), or a separate check may be furnished to the service provider directly.

Revisions
If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your services, we ask for the opportunity to correct them at no additional cost to you. Services must be booked with the original stylist within two weeks from the original service date.

A graduate of Lowell Hair Academy, Kristen has over 20 years of experience, all with Hair Designs. She is a certified Paul Mitchell color expert and certified in Global Keratin. Kristen pays special attention to the fine details and is always attending classes to keep up with new trends.

Stylist
Jill attended Blaine Beauty School and has been in the business for 11 years. She strives to succeed in all that she does and enjoys using her creativity to help her clients feel good about themselves. Certified Paul Mitchell color expert specializing in balayage and creative color. She is very thorough with men’s cuts, fades, clipper cuts and woman’s styling. She loves attending classes to learn new color and new techniques. Her flexible schedule and willingness to listen to her clients needs make every visit personal and enjoyable.

Stylist
Debi graduated from Whittier Technical High School and has been in the industry for 14 years. What she loves about her profession is that every day brings something new, and she can be creative and make people feel beautiful. Debi regularly attends classes with Paul Mitchell so she can help educate her guests on recreating their styles at home. She specializes in Men’s cuts, Women’s cuts. Keratin Treatments, Wedding and Prom up-styles, Perms, Facial waxing Also color, highlights, balayage, corrections, fashion colors. Feel free to come in anytime! Cheri graduated from Minuteman Tech in Lexington and has been a hairstylist for 20 years. She continues her education by going to classes learning new trends and techniques in the industry. If you have any questions or would like a free consultation for your hair, feel free to ask her! Cheri has knowledge and experience with all of the services that she provides, which includes updos for wedding parties and any formal events, keratin treatments, perms, hair color, corrective color, fashion colors, highlights/lowlights, haircuts (men & women), styling, and facial waxing.
